How is the price calculated?
Every student weighs the same: 24 SAR a year (6,000 SAR for 250 students, divided per student). Your first 100 students are free, so a school of 300 pays for 200 students — 4,800 SAR a year. Add or remove one student and the price moves by exactly 24 SAR, with no bands or jumps.
What counts as a "student"?
Any student profile with an active enrollment in your school. Graduated, withdrawn, or archived students don't count.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every school gets a full three-month free trial — no fees, no commitment — and the first 100 students stay free forever after it.
How do I pay?
One annual price, paid half at signing and the rest in four quarterly instalments of 12.5% (months 3, 6, 9 and 12). Prices are quoted in SAR and shown in USD, Sudanese and Egyptian pounds at today's exchange rate, before VAT (15% in Saudi Arabia). Hosting, support and updates are included — no separate invoices.
What support is included?
Support by WhatsApp and email, Sunday to Thursday during working hours. Platform faults are fixed at no cost, and new versions and security fixes are applied automatically.
Can I cancel or export my data?
Yes. Your data is yours: lists export to CSV whenever you want, so it is never locked in.
