How do I start my school on Balqalam?

Click Get Started on balqalam.com and follow the setup wizard, which takes 10–30 minutes. Getting started

How much does it cost?

24 SAR per student a year, and your first 100 students are free forever. Pricing and payment

How do I sign in, or reset a forgotten password?

Sign in with your email or username, and use Forgot Password? to get a reset link by email. Signing in and passwords

Who can see what?

Each role sees its own pages: admins see everything, while teachers, students, parents, accountants and staff see only their part. Roles and permissions

How do I switch between Arabic and English?

Click the languages icon in the top bar (Switch language). Arabic and English

How do teachers take attendance?

Open Attendance, tap only the absent students in Quick Attendance, and save. Attendance

How do I set up and collect fees?

Create a fee under Finance → Fees → Fee Structures, then assign it to students. Fees and invoices

Does Balqalam handle timetables, exams and grades?

Yes: weekly timetables, a question bank and online exams, report cards and transcripts. Timetable, exams and grades

How do parents get a login?

Use Generate Credentials on the student, import guardians in bulk, or link the parent with an access code. Parents

Is there a mobile app, and does it work offline?

Balqalam installs on any phone from the browser, and Quick Attendance and Lumos lessons work offline. Mobile and offline

Each school's data is kept apart, every user sees only what their role allows, and sensitive data is encrypted. Data security and privacy
