Sign in with your email or username, and reset a forgotten password.

Steps

  1. Open your school's login page and enter your email or username and your password.
  2. Click Login.
  3. Forgot your password? Click Forgot Password? and enter your email.
  4. Open the link we email you and set a new password.

Good to know

  • Password reset works by email only. If you sign in with a username and have no email, ask your school admin to Generate Credentials again.
  • People added by a bulk import choose their own password the first time they sign in.
