Give parents a login, and what they see in the parent portal.

Steps

  1. Add the student. The wizard saves the parent as a contact.
  2. Give the parent a login: use Generate Credentials, import guardians in bulk, or link them with an access code.
  3. The parent signs in and opens the parent portal.

Good to know

  • The parent portal shows their children, fees, announcements, events and messages, plus the children's attendance, grades and exams.
  • Parents are notified automatically when their child is absent, and can submit an excuse.
