Audience & Markets

PreviousNext

The ideal customer, five personas and what each one fears, the audiences we influence but don't sell to, and market order — Sudan, then Saudi Arabia, then the UAE.

Ideal customer (ICP)

A private Arabic K-12 school or school network that runs admissions, attendance, fees and results, and depends partly or fully on paper, Excel and WhatsApp — or on several systems that don't talk to each other.

Personas

PersonaWantsFearsMessage
School ownerControl and financial visibilityCost, failure, the vendor folding, data lock-inThe whole school in front of you, a clear price, and your data stays yours
Principal / general managerLess chaos, oversight of every departmentStaff pushback, teaching disrupted by the moveWe start from your existing Excel file and move you over step by step
Admissions & registrationNo more retyping family dataErrors and lost follow-upsThe parent applies once and the data arrives organised for review
Finance officerWhat's due, what's late, receipts, discountsLost invoicesFees, invoices and receipts in one ledger
IT / procurementAnswers on isolation, export, hosting, roles, integrationPromises that don't holdPrecise answers — no invented certifications or compliance

Rule: one persona per piece. Never address the owner and the teacher in the same copy.

Influencers we don't sell to directly

Teachers · parents · education consultants · the EdTech community. They create the trust signal that makes a decision-maker respond, but content is not written to them as buyers.

Market order

PhaseMarketGoalStrengthsRisks & objections
1SudanFill the pilot from warm relationships, build real case studiesContext, network, a live school we can nameAbility to pay in dollars, infrastructure, the economy
2Saudi ArabiaLarger private schools, higher revenue—"My school's platform is free", Classera, local payment, data residency, procurement
3UAESchools looking for operations and compliance—ADEK is not the lead message until the live link, hosting and legal requirements are confirmed

In Saudi Arabia we don't advertise broadly until there is an official answer on hosting and payment.

Targeting rule

Knowledge content can travel across the Arab world, but the ad, the landing page and the sales offer are built for one country per campaign.
